  • Where can I find rubber jack pads?

I've been searching everywhere for rubber jack pads, but to no avail. I had a couple for my jack in Japan, but didn't bring them to Canada with me. Does anyone know where can I find these in Canada?

Looks something like this, goes on the contact point where the jack meets the car.

Hockey puck idea does work. I've done it before making 2 slits down the puck. Until it eventually somehow cracked through. But our shop ordered some from this place and been using it for couple years now and still strong.

They are sometimes called jack saddles as well, so you might want to search for that term too.

This one is a bit overkill:

Yep, saw that once at Princess, not sure if it will fit with my jack. Either going to make one with a puck or get the wife to grab me one in Japan for $3.

No no, these are a piece of crap. My uncle had these on both sets of his lifts and it didn't take long for the cars to slice through them. He ended up taking them apart and bolting a really thick piece of rubber in place. It's not worth spending the money on those.

I cut a chunk out of a tire and glued it to my jack.

I would try crappy tire man, I know my Mastercraft jack came with a few that were lost long ago. You could try there.

I beg to differ, I've had mine for 6 years now and they still look great. When they go on sale they are about $5. Well worth the price.
