If you wanna roll properly you don't want to have your car, you need to be driven. The less you have to think about on that day the better, plus you'll probably be having a drink or two (dozen). Relax and get a limo or do what my best man did for me... rented me a black G37 for a few days!
It can easily be a stressful day and having to worry about parking your car downtown (never easy) and getting it scratched or towed.
I love your idea but lets face it... Skylines are a fairly plain looking, 20 year old car. Get a limo (I can hook you up with a great guy here in town) or have someone else drive you around.
If you want pics done with the car do it the next day or the day before.
Just my opinion speaking from experience.
        BTW congrats on the engagement!

... Maybe you can get the CL-215 in you pic to drop flowers for you

I was the best man in a friends wedding, and he mods cars as well... anyways he had our cars on display at the reception, personally not something that i would do for mine but if you're looking into include your GTR this could be a tasteful way of doing it. It actually turned out pretty good at the reception hall, on either side of the head table was a car (his and mine) sitting nice and shiny .

When I got married a few years ago, I had the gtr for 3 years already so it was just another boring car by then, especially since my wife could have issues getting in and out with the heals and huge/long dress.

In the end, I wanted to make sure ALL attention was to her. Had I brought the gtr, maybe it would been fine but I'm sure I would have spent some time explaining things and talking about it to some pasty looking kids drooling on it rather than spending 100% of my time staring at my wife.

Power to you if she is totally for it but don't pressure if she doesn't want to. After all, it's not your wedding, it's hers, NO MATTER WHAT SHE SAYS. haha

My opinion, rent a black or a white 300 or both. Roomy, nice looking at a wedding.

I'm sure your initial idea will generate LOTS of negative attention at an important event. Come on now, what are you 16?

Not 16, never wanted negativity. Both of us are mechanics, in to cars and both want to have cars part of our wedding.

Just asked for different ideas on the topic and how to do it, not get shot down. Were mature and do things with style, please don't turn my fiancé' and my excitement into a headache.
Come on lotto!!! Daddy needs a whole lotta stuff!
