Now you need Durametrics to see how many overrevs it has logged
We had a 996 at our shop, must have had a dozen overrevs and knock sensors fire off within a 2 month period.. Gives you a good idea about how well the cars been maintained. Camangle goes out of whack and shoots a code due to bad/old oil as well, more commonly than an actual CAS fault.
Love the techart kit, but I can't say I like the 996... Down to the brakes, Porsche cut corners.. 997 is better but turbo STILL has rear main seal issues .. Were doing a rebuild on a 997 this winter.. Poor maintenance is a real bugger..Check out the GTST Projects page and keep up to date with my build!

Agreed on the 996 comment. The Techart looks like it's been thru past owner(s) who's poured $$ and love into it but I have a few Pcar friends who gladly sold their 996tt's for 997's. This one looks exceptional though
