  • Customer Service is important to This Lamborghini Owner...

So I found this story about a Lamborghini owner who was rather unsatisfied with the service he received from an Official Lamborghini service station in China.

Apparently he hired a bunch of blue clad men to destroy the car in protest of the poor service.
Angry Chinese man 1 - Lamborghini Zero. Epic win... remember everyone, Customer Service is more important than the car itself, to some people!

Pictures of the destruction and carnage here: http://www.skylife4ever.com/2011/03/...destroyed.html

Meh...Service/ personal relations > material things

I think this is good, and will send a strong message to Lamborghini. Italian supercar makers always claim that the quality and service behind the car is what differentiates it from any other car. Without it, the car is just another v8, 10, 12 ect. wrapped in metal and plastic.

The fact that media drives the world shows me this guy is smarter then you all think. He destroyed a car on the other side of the world to let people know the customer service was B.S. Since we are reading About it on our side of the globe I'm guessing and willing to bet money every Lamborghini owner over there is now well aware of the flaw in that particular dealership and I'm certain they will lose money from it. It's not always about money,in this case it's about proving a point and making it clear that the dealership is not doing there job.

Good riddance. I'm so tired of hearing people tell me their dream car is a lambo or a ferrari. MY dream car, is something that I can afford with a white collar job, something that makes me proud. Dropping horrendous amounts of money on an attention grabber like that is a complete waste.

If you think about it, what he did actually make's sense even in a monetary point of view.

Small advertising is some case might be affordable for regular joe, but on a big scale can
get ridiculously pricey. If you take into account all the free global publicity he is getting,
I have to say he's getting his money's worth.

After seeing the price those car are selling over there, I can only imagine how much there
service department are charging. Regular maintenance on one of this thing can't be cheap,
and I don't think most people would bring it to just any shop. So having confidence in there
dealership for upkeep must be pretty high on the must have list when they buy cars like this.

And he can still parts what's left, or do what I would do. Put it on display untill he gets
an official apology, or until a time where he would feel that the problem would have been
appropriately addressed. (But that's just me)

Lamborghini deserved the bad press. You can`t neglect customer service. The owner of the car has balls, and smarts. Helluva way to make a statement. I fully support what he did.

FINALLY found a video of it... Added the video to the story, check the link in the Original Post!

the video has a more "Public Humillitiation" factor to it for Lamborghini I find... just Ruthless
