That's not really a full story though. the car wouldn't start, so it was towed in, got damaged during towing (whatever **** happens) then they say the engine problem still wasn't fixed? So they gave it back to the customer and it still wouldn't start? I find that hard to believe. It says "As they pointed out the problem, the maintenance service provider shirked the responsibility and ignoring the owners consumer right." WTF does that mean, right to what? I'm guessing, the owner saw some damage from towing and blamed the dealership. How is it the dealerships fault or how is that their poor service? It's the towing company that would be paying for the repair. The Lambo looked pretty minty before being smashed, the towing damage couldn't have been that bad.

I think they meant the responsibility of making the car start no?

Do you think a dealership would give a car that came in with a no start back to the customer still not starting? There's more to the story than that is what I'm saying.

For example maybe let's say the crank position sensor opens when the vehicle is hot, dealership gets the vehicle after being towed all cooled down. car starts right up, check it for codes, some crank sensors rarely throw a code, sooo no codes, everything looks good. give the car a quick spin around the block, ok, everything is working, customer comes and gets car, fires it up, then hops out of the car, checks it out for damage, see the bumper is scratched. goes back into dealership, car is running outside getting hot, points out the damage, service provider is like wtf I didn't see that, car is now hot cps opens up, car shuts off, won't start back up. Customer is pissed, service provider looks like a retard. this is a lose lose situation, no reason to go smash a car.

This lambo probably has mulitple CAN networks on it, if one of those shorts for some reason something totally unrelated to starting a vehicle could cause a no start. Water in a head light assembly could cause a no start, crushed empty pop can under the drivers seat could cause a no start.

The guy swinging the sledge right in front of the camera can barely lift the thing, it looks like its less than a 10lb head to boot.

That's understandable..I bet it was pretty tough for him to wreck a Gallardo, even if it wasn't his.
