Guy gets car stolen and finds it at a car meet!

We have those amber lights on our cabs here in London too. I'm pretty sure it's a mandate in Ontario now that all cabs have an amber light front and back of the vehicle for driver safety. If the driver gets a gun/knife pulled on them, they hit a switch somewhere in their car and it makes the lights blink (also sends a signal to dispatcher)
