Canucks related question

Getting a Canucks jersey has been long overdue. I was considering which jersey to go with, and a Bourdon jersey came to mind.

Do you guys think its respectful/appropriate to get a Bourdon jersey?

Thanks for the input. If this comes off as tacky, I'll likely go with a Burrows jersey.

burrows! bourdon could be a nice tribute but some ppl might not like it since i havent seen a single person wearing one

Go for it, I don't see how it would offend people. I see it as a positive symbol of respect if you're wearing his jersey.

To be honest any jersey you wear contributes to the team spirit.. (unless of course its a boston jersey) lol

All joking aside, either one will be fine.. Do you think they will release a "stanley cup champions" jersey if the canucks make it?

No problem at all. I knew the guy... Lived less than an hour from where I'm from... When I was at university (MOncton) Bourdon played with the MOncton Wildcats and his gf would drive up from Shippagan (bourdon's home town) to see him and my gf would get a drive with her. So sad...

Lets be serious. Goal number 2 or 3 under the glove was bush league.

He's good when he uses his size to his advantage, but when he's not hot it seems like he gets down on himself, gets really small and anchors himself on the goal line. all game 3 and 4 he was waayy too deep in the crease.

I still really like luongo but he's bad for letting in softies.

Keep in mind there's five other guys on the ice the puck has to get through before it even touches the goalie. The blame can't be placed on any one person those two games. The entire team was at fault for playing like crap. But the past is the past, hopefully the Canucks bury those memories tonight..
