    Also this technology is nothing new (it's new to production car engines), as has been used in F1 (turbocharged V6) since I think was the 80's (introduced by Renault) -



    Renault created alot of neat technology for F1 engines, CVT transmission was one that is now used on mass produced cars -

    That's what I was thinking.

    But sounds like alot of machining, reprogramming (not much room on R32 chip for extra code), etc to do, but possible to adapt current tech to that (they did it on that test mule).
