It's funny you said that because I was thinking about my short list...and I came up with a better answer than my origional

My top 3 in order:

1. Evo 9 MR
2. Veilside fortune RX7
3. Ford GT (Baby blue with the orange decal and number circles, always loved that car!)

1969 Camaro 396 ss/rs with the hide away lights painted the pace car colors from 69' white with orange stripes...........

I have a domestic, 69 roadrunner with a 383.
Good for crusing but not as fun as launching a skyline or doing a road course in a CRX with b18c5 .
