Has anyone ever had an item they shipped RTS'd? (returned to sender)

I just got a package at my door that I shipped out last week. The tracking number shows that it was brought to it's destination... yet it was brought back to my doorstep. What's the deal?

the people werent there to pick it up, or the address was invalid.
