that there says as translated from the best of my knowledge of some chinese characters.
Changed in 16 year / 1 month / 15th day
changed at this 97335 km

you usually find this on the timing belt cover for the km and date of timing belt change. the 16 year i think is a typo and should be year of 96, Jan the 15th

the top part in bold will tell you if its your next timing belt change or service. My friend knows how to read japanese, i will have him translate the whole thing for you when i see him this week.
