All drama aside, I would fully document all of your communications with this fellow, along with your proof of payment and take it to the police. If you don't do that nothing will happen. I'm sure this guy isn't going to care if you start repeating this story on a couple of forums, that won't resolve the situation. Go ahead if you want, but I'm just saying that if you want a resolution to this situation you have to take real action. Also, did you not get any information from him? You must have had his address or bank account number to send him the money at least.

He had a shop called Kirley Kustomz in Kelowna BC. Apparently the shop closed down due to bad business practices. A few other members also gave money to the shop and didnt get it back. The shop was jointly owned by Nick and his friend Eric Miller. Both of them refuse to talk to me.

Nick said to me that he couldnt work earlier this year, as he had an accident. He was hoping to get some compensation from insurance for work loss, and had promised to pay me out of what he got. But then he vanished. He is still active on BC forums (BCRWD, 240 forum, etc..)< and he is also trading parts, but refuses to give me any money.

Whoever knows Nick Kirley, pls give him a warning to contact me and resolve this.

Yup, I am charging him. F@CKING Nick Kirley!! He is a douchebag, scum of the earth, a parasite without balls who has stolen **** from others, taken their money and has vanished without paying them back. I have already taken it up with the police. They are getting the RCMP involved now, to get this rat out of his hole and deal with him for fraud.

The other GTRC members (you know who you are) who also have been screwed by this scumbag, please contact me. We need to join forces and get our monies back from Nick Kirley and his shady outfit.

i know him quite well and he is aware of the issue Munib. You have neglected to mention some very inportant parts to the story though, and aswell you have began to slander his name at this point asking for other unrelated people to become involved. This will hinder your chances at winning any sort of case in court just so you know. I also know that he is still planning on giving you money but with this whole bitchin over the internet ******** about it isnt helping your situation. Heres an idea, email him! I personally know he is finally getting back on his feet and hasnt recieved a single dime from insurance for his injury as of yet so you have been patient with him this long, get in touch with him and sort it out. Dont bitch and toss his name around to these fuckin know it all people that have no fuckin clue about the situation. He isnt a bad guy nor has he EVER ripped anyone off period.
