  • Full race manifold vs HKS manifold (EFR and precision turbos) good research

Seems these guys went through some work!

At the end, it's not that surprising that the unicorn EFR is not as unicorn as it was said I be. Precision has some pretty good top end and torque in comparison to a "new break through" turbo.

A bit surprised about the HKS vs full race manifold though. Almost better in every way even though the HKS isn't pulse setup (or whatever the term is)

thanks! it was an informative read, but when i looked at the picks before looking at the results i knew hks would score higher. the created a simplistic design with less restriction and as close as possible to the equal length tubing compared to the Full race

IMO and from what I've read on the Internet (grain of salt)

The only down side of the HKS is that they are known to crack. FR has a badass warranty for that. As for the exhaust pulse thing about the full race manifold ( if you look into their design and why), compared to the HKS regular divided, it's like false magic, like the "fast spooling" EFR magic gamma TI w/e shaft vs a normal, similar sized precision turbo that spools slightly faster (on certain setups only maybe?) or as useless as spark plug indexing (unless youre running huge power).
