I've always heard how strong these motors are but after seeing this tear down I'm thoroughly impressed, as much as i love Nissan, i have to admit.... they have us beat on sheer build quality

Was a Honda guy for the last 7 years...

As far as 4 bangers go they got everyone beat!

Super easy to make 250+ hp on an unopened n/a k20 type r. Being un-opened n/a it's also super reliable. Drove mine 18hrs to Import Alliance, tracked the **** out of it during a heat wave at Nashville Super Speedway, did lots of pulls at La Quinta, drove 18hrs home. Engine didn't even batt an eye.

And the sheer amount of forced induction b's and k's, reliably making huge power numbers is also a big testament to what your saying.

But even so, I still can't wait to get my hands on a RB25det...
