I can ensure you that your car not being a Skyline is completely irrelevant... It's every car enthusiast's nightmare, regardless of make and model. I really hope you manage to get your car back. It sickens me every time I hear these stories.

On that note, did you have any aftermarket security on the vehicle?
    Alarm?
    GPS tracker?
    Immobilizer?
    The club?

    Anything?

the car had a gps tracker alarm, name it until 2009. it became an "old" car so...
the only protection was the garage, unfortunately sometime the car is outside (5% of the time).

That blows. Good luck and may the thieves die a fiery painful death.

sorry to hear that! start looking at dealership employees and mechanic shop employees, because i would like to know how did they by pass a laser cut and a computer encoded key? and because its a Volkswagen if you open the door without the key the stock alarm would go off immediately even if you break the window and open it from the inside. also could be one of your "friends" so check all of your key copies.
