Sad day not only because of Paul, but also because of Roger they were both stand up guys and made great contributions to not only the sport and culture but also to society as a whole through there kindness and philanthropic endeavors. The world has truly lost 2 great souls. BTW the driver, Roger Rodas was not only Paul's financial advisor but a race car driver and the owner of AE Performance, in Santa Clarita, California.

^I was just about to post that. Driver also raced cars with Paul. Shame.

RIP Paul Walker and Roger Rodas

And Carrera GT is a killer machine folks, it's proven many times already. That car means business.

            RIP.

Turns out I actually met Roger on one of my trips out to LA. Never met Paul but did get to drool over one of his R34s ...
These guys always seemed to have the time to chat with their fans and fellow enthusiasts. It's a shame whenever something like this happens.
Drive safe everyone, and keep it on the track.

            Rick

              Porsche...there is no substitute.

For killing the Hollywood Stars since 1955 (James Dean)....Jeremy Clarkson is right, all they do is plot silently in the garage to kill their owners when they least suspect it.

Going to be tough to sit through a fast and furious movie with out Paul in it. He was the character we all saw ourselves in. Young guy just trying to break into the car scene.

There's some rumor going around that there was an oil skid before the car crashed. There is thought that the steering was lost. It was also found that it wasn't street racing...

It's not surprising he had a big heart considering he was a non-denom Christian. I'm certain someone with continue his charity work

He looks like a straight-up all round nice guy to me and I am really sorry to see him gone in such a tragic accident. I think **** happens in the worst possible way in the worst possible combination of possibilities: oil patch, high speed at the worst time, light pole at where it is. I am just sad.......Murphy law: **** happens.
