i would like to go, but would they let you tag along? Cuz Im sure if people would tag along with gumballers it would be to confusing and possibly even dangerous.

IF you cant tag along, then Im down for Shanonville. However Im free only around 1:30pm that day.

I work during the week so I wont be going anywhere lol.

Plus I dont think there will be much to see unless you can stop at one of the checkpoints where they do activities.

Tonight is Quebec City, wayyyy too far, and tomorrow it's Shannonville.

If it doesn't rain I'll be at Rideau Raceway with a buddy tonight.

I've spend the night in town...I was standing on the quebec's strip during the arrivals of the cars and also in the ''chateau frontenac'' hotel where all the cars where heading for...

                That was an insane night.....

I'll try to bring some pictures...

Just want to say, had a blast driving. I drove to Shannonville check point. First of all, there were atleast 20+ cop cars thru whole trip on every Uturn and under bridges. In some places people where waving at me and taking pictures along side 401. However some cop cars, would turn on their cheries at me and high beam.. (I knew there was police from 5 miles away so i slowed down in time). Second time cop was point at me... (wth does that mean?) I took lots of pictures and videos also. To finish it off, I got a ticket... Not for speeding, but for not having proper front liscence plate mounted.. How gay is that?..

I've never see so many OPP in my life. It was shameful really. The gumballers all joked what a horrible place it must be to live where everyone and their mother is a cop.

My friend from UK got $1000 tickets in one hour here.

I personally saw 50+ units on the way up to Shannonville from Toronto. Sometimes as many as 5 at an exit? WTF? What are you going to do with five at one exit because the Gumballers are spread out.

I passed some radars that were less than 1km apart. So great day to do ANYTHING you wanted on any other road than 401.

Anyway, I'm done wasting bandwidth on our police state. See these cars in action at Shannonville was amazing, seeing them up close just as badass. The Phantom Drop head was insane with the Dubai "1" license plates driven by the Prince of Dubai. Then there was the standard Ferraris and Porsches but a couple cool oddballs:

                          - BNR32 with Florida plates
                          - Volvo 740 Limo
                          - BMW M5 Touring Wagon
                          - 1960 Vette wrapped in the US flag

I got lots of pics but no time. Post em later.

had it displayed on windshield.. Yeah stupid me, but I have never got pulled over in ottawa for driving with liscence plate displayed in front shield. I guess I will have to mount it somehow.

Other then that, I doubt Gumball will ever come to Canada. This was total embarrasement from police force/ontario. There was more police then Gumballers. Are they trying to make more money from them? Come one give them a break! I heard or correct me if Im wrong, but portion of Gumball money goes to charity.

Glad you mentioned that. To some who don't know plates mean a lot back in UAE. Millions of dollars for that plate number alone, its a status thing.

You expect a motorist to shell out a little extra cash for a vanity license plate.

When I saw the "1" I could not believe it. Pretty sure he isn't the Prince of Dubai though, his plate says SHJ, "Al-Sharjah. With a plate like that however it is no question that he was royalty.
