Running (3) days in the Greater Toronto Area. Combining various vehicles from all forms of design. Tuner, Modern, Muscle, Classic and Motorcycles. Wastegate was designed to support Durham West Special Olympics (DWSO). A club which dedicates there resources to athletes with intellectual disabilities to enjoy the very best in sports.
ITINERARY INCLUDES:
DAY 1 - JULY 15, 2011
Wastegate will bring you right into the action and exhilarating fast pace of Go-Karting at Grandprix Kartways (GPK) (75 Carl Hall Road Bay 3, Unit #9 Parc Downsview Park Toronto, ON M3K 2B9) http://www/gpkartways.com/index/html. A Wastegate special pricing for the Grandprix Package is $65.00 taxes included per person, normally $79.00/person. It includes: (3) sessions per guest, with 12 lap practice sessions, 14 lap qualifying races, and 16 laps of championship or class final.
Requires approximately 2 - 2.5 hours to complete for groups of 12 to 24 guests. Expect to be here well into the day/night.
DAY 2 - JULY 16, 2011
Wastegate is hosting a Car Show at historic Cullen Central Park (300 Taunton Rd West, Whitby ON L1P 2A9). We will be introducing the latest in mixing design and technology along with the passionate classics. Wastegate Motorsport Show includes those within the fields of Modern, Muscle, Classic, Motorcycles, and let's not forget the Tuner Class. Price of $20.00 to enter the show will go to DWSO. FREE to all spectators.
Wastegate will also be running a Motorcycle Ride to support Durham West Special Olympics.
DAY 3 - JULY 17, 2011
Wastegate will also be teaming with the biggest Sport Compact Racing Series. Canadian Sport Compact Series otherwise affectionately known as the one-of-a-kind CSCS www.cscs.ca.
CSCS has migrated to the Durham Region where they have invaded Mosport International Raceway's smaller track. (3233 Concession Road #10, RR#5, Bowmanville, ON L1C 3K6). Wastegate will be there to promote this event and introduce others to CSCS.
This is where drifting, time attack, and the classic show and shine will fill your final day with us.
Hotel information can be found at www.wastegateshow.com just remember to quote "Wastegate". The headquarters for Wastegate for onsite check-in will be located at the Hilton Garden Inn, Ajax.
We will be providing packages which will include coupons for various restaurants to ensure that you can make the most of your (3) day Wastegate Event.
Wastegate Event registration will be available through www.wastegateshow.com shortly.
Wastegate Registration of $40.00 will go to Durham West Special Olympics. A goodie bag will be included with your registration fee which will include: discount coupons from sponsors, local restaurants and a reduced rate at the GPK event. You will also receive a Wastegate T-shirt. All fees minus the registration of CSCS will go through Pay-Pal, certified cheque or money order via www.wastegateshow.com.
2011 promises to be an epic year. Wastegate will continue to provide you with discounts and coupons in order to make your stay with us an addiction. You will want to be back in 2012 to see how much more we can do.
