You could compile your own Install kit from Nissan with part #s from Fast.
If u need Part #s, pm me your VIN, email and what u want and Ill do a Look up for ya. Wish I was closer so I could lend my girly skinny hands for those tight spots.

                  Here's what i would do -

remove all the oil water lines VERY carefully because you should reuse them. Use line wrenches to remove them .

                  Get yourself the following :-

2 X Exhaust manifold to head gaskets (stainless if possible)
2 X manifold to turbo gaskets ( the square ones , stainless again )
A set of intake and outlet gaskets for the turbos .
2 X dump pipe gaskets ( the kidney shaped ones )
New set of head stud nuts and washers (cheap from nissan)
a bottle of antisieze ( coat every thread)
new studs of the dump pipes (cheap from nissan , cheaper from fastenal)
2 X Dump pipe to downpipe gaskets
4 X new studs and nuts for the downpipe to dump pipes
New downpipe to Cat gasket , you cant remove the downpipe without undoing the cat.
A large can of brake cleaner for cleaning out the oil / water lines .
A set of copper crush washers for oil lines on turbos (2 banjos = 4 washers) , water line fittings on top of the manifolds (2 washers for 1 BIG banjo fitting), 2 banjo fittings on each turbo for water deliver and return (8 crush washers).
New locking tabs for turbo to manifold flange (or you can reuse exhaust manifold nuts because they are oval and lock themselves, you'll need 8 for 2 turbos).
If I were you I'd also replace all the pipe clamps on the hoses, especially the ones that are under boost pressure.
Some fresh vacuum line for the wastegates with new clamps ( i like fuel injector clamps for this).
some new clamps for the oil drain hoses ( mine fell apart on removal , you'll need 4 of these)
                  premix antifreeze coolant
                  an oil change.

this was from memory , if i missed anything i appologise .

Oh and it takes about 10 cans of guinness or 100 bottles of Bud (to get the same alcohol effect)
and several bags of peanuts and some chicken jerky

You''ll also need a small , skinny and gullible person to lie under the car and remove the downpipe , lots of 3/8 extension bars for this .

./edit added the coolant and oil change to the list

And if you break the lines on the turbos i have a spare set that are in a+ condition .

It's not a hard job by any means , take your time and do it right the first time because if you miss anything or something leaks , it's alot to disassemble to fix lol.

Cortexx where were you when I was doing mine? Just kidding man. He's right though. Be extremely patient and when you approach it the right way it's really easy. Make sure yo have alot of extensions(different sizes) and flex sockets. Other wise it could be a slight pain in the ass! If you need any help text me.
Miss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

                              Tools you will need :-

A complete and good quality 3/8 socket set with plenty of extension , a breaker bar , uj's .
                              Extra 10,11,12,13mm sockets
a decent set of wrenches ,i used mastercraft ratchet ring wrenches 8mm-17mm
a decent set of 1/4 inch drive sockets .
a set of brake pipe wrenches .
an oxy torch for heating the water pipes if they are seized. DO NOT use a breaker bar on the bajo fittings , heat them then use a ring wrench or socket gently bang the back flshy part of your closed fist on the wrench , its the safest was to break them free without snapping the banjo bolt. Believe me a busted banjo fitting will really ruin your day!

DO NOT tighten the copper crush rings until you are ready to for final fitting , once tightened once they will usually leak if backed off and resealed, they are like condoms , one use only, once you take it off it'll never reseal again

You cannot drop the turbos down below ( i tried , didnt happen ) , you undo the 4 nuts that hold the front turbo to the exhaust flange enough to drop it about 1/2 inch , this gives you enough room to pass a 1/4 inch socket and extension BETWEEN the turbo flange and manifold to access the lower manifold nuts. you do NOT need to remove the power steering pump if you do it like this . once you have all 6 manifold nuts removed, you remove the 4 nuts on the turbo flange , push the turbo down as far as you can without damaging the aircon line and pull the mainifold off , you then have the room to raise the turbo assembly and pull it out. Once done the rear turbo removal is easy because of all the extra room youll have
