I have seen lots of his posts lately, and they're actually really funny. People get too upset over the Internet, and that's definitely what makes him keep going/trollin.

If you ignore it, he won't talk to himself. At least, I don't think he will.

Open a dispute with PayPal. Chances are he's on vacation or something, but opening a dispute with PayPal will get his attention and get the issue resolved. It's not about money, it's about doing what's right.

^ agreed! I got burned using paypal through ebay once, talked to paypal and eventually they got my money back. $30 is $30 man dont let him just take it.
