Sounds like a loud knocking sound getting worse as worse started off sounding like a mouse who had his tail cut off

Hard to tell.....
I had a similar sound when my AC compressor died. It was the belt rubbing over the pullie that wasn't rotating.

Sounds like you spun a bearing buddy. How long you been driving it like that for?

all of 30 seconds til i pulled over and get it towed, any idea how much $$ it would to get it fixed?

If its expensive im just going to pull the engine and start building for the next couple years lol

out of curiousity, how does your oil pressure look like?

It would be impossible to predict how much the cost would be until someone looks at it.
First check the easy stuff:

1) spark plugs - they can make RB26s do weird things
2) coil, coil harness, ignitor
3) CAS
4) check alternator and a/c compressor pullies
5) if it's none of those things you may have internal damage

Keep in mind what Daryl said. Too often people assume the worst when it's something simple. Always check the easy things first.

hard to tell from just 8 secomds but sounds like its in the valve train
if you think its internal DON'T run it pull the dipstick, check oil. not the leval so much as coulor and if thers any filings.
drop the oil what does it look like? fillings?
pull a rocker cover offwhats going on in there? any damag? filling?
b nice to drop the oil pan but its a bit of work.
If your going to run it hold your hands on the rocker covers do the feel a little bumpy or little knocks
