I was likely one of the Skylines, $365 ticket for no cat. Not mad, I know its illegal and I took the risk. Car was fine in every other aspect. Hamilton road trip on Thursday for court yaaaay

Ya Ryan Kunzz's car was the one I saw pulled over, him along with a trailer with a skull on it...tough luck Kunzz, how long did they keep you there for? btw was ur friend the one with the blue Evo? that thing shot out some crazy flames!

They even inspected cars on trailers. If the car was plated it didn't matter to them which really is disturbing. Like you Kunzz I had no cat either and had I gotten a ticket it would be my fault. I agree and will comply with the MTO regulations but the harassment when nothing is wrong is what gets me discouraged.

We are asking everyone who was pulled over to email info@cscs.ca as we are putting together a case to stop this. Are you sure they were inspecting cars on trailers if so please email us with first hand experiences. Here is the posting we did on facebook.

As everyone is aware we have been targeted by the M.T.O. at our last two events at TMP, Cayuga. As a result we will do everything we can to combat this in the future. We ask all tuners to play within the rules of the H.T.A. and not give the Police a reason to harass us. Having said that anyone who was stopped by the M.T.O. WITH or WITHOUT a ticket please email info@cscs.ca. We only want first hand...stories by the driver and please be as honest as possible. If you could include details such as how long you were pulled over for, why you were stopped, officers name, division, department, date, and if you feel comfortable please include any relevant details such as your names, ticket number and vehicle details in a word document. Are you running a test pipe or gutted cat Kunzz?

Hey Oakville I'm running a test pipe. I was advised by some friends that a gutted cat may be a better option but the MTO officer warned me that he had a heat gun on hand to check if the cat is gutted. Not sure of how that process works but I figured if I lie and say its the stock cat and then he tells me to turn on the car and takes a whiff, he may decide to nail me on a bunch of other sh*t. I was really nice to him so it was a quick process, saw both my friends had no cats, advised my MTO officer and before he even stared inspecting I said I had a test pipe. Didn't even inspect, just went to his car. I heard some cars that were too low and rubbing were getting towed.

It wasn't too long, I would say about 20 minutes. Tried to poke fun with the MTO officer and make the most of it, doing that made him give me some easy steps to really reduce the ticket down and let me off quick so I guess it was a good idea. Yes my friend had the Blue evo, it was him, my friend in a PB 335i which is tuned and insanely fast, and myself. haha i get jealous of all his flame shots, its like photographers know thats the guy who shoots flames

BTW the MTO officer I had was pretty cool, my friends dealt with some who were pretty rude. The officer who issued my ticket was telling me about his old 5.0 stang and how quick it was in the quarter mile. Another suggested I bring a test pipe along to the track and just switch it there.....I disregarded that lol
