I know this has been addressed before but i forgot where the thread is, anyways instead of buying my own i was thinking of making my own, however im having a hard time finding a place that sells the individual bulbs that are actually bright! I mean the smaller bulbs to, not the giant ones.

since your in hamilton i'd suggest nutech, i believe they are close to you. The one in st kitts has everything we need and when he doesn't he'll get it for you. Otherwise check ebay. You can get 200-400 bulbs for usually around 5$ free shipping from China. Just cause its from China doesn't mean its poor quality.
