Getting back to the AutoSlalom - I encourage all of you who have performance cars to come and check it out, it's free to watch and you can walk around in the pit checking out all the cars(hopefully it will be a good turn out). If you want to race you need to be there between 10am and 11am, the racing starts at noon for those who want to watch.

This type of racing is all about driver and the cars handling, it is such a rush to corner at these speeds and really not have to worry about recking your car. The max speed you reach is about 90-100 km, a couple of hairpins, a slalom section (very cool), and a bunch or other really cool corners. The first run I did I went slow, each run after that I slowly went faster, my best time was around 1 min 14 seconds, the fast guys are almost 15 seconds faster than I was, it was very humbling. There is also an event at the Gimli Track on Aug.6 where we can take our cars on the track individually (I believe).

If we hook up on friday night to cruze I will tell you guys more if you like.

They are racing this Saturday and Sunday, nice to have 2 days in a row, I improved alot the second day

didnt see any skylines at the auto slalom today! dissapointed lol. was awesome though we will be going in almost all the time!! buddy ran a 1:10 with his sti (stock suspension stage 2, also his first time ever) was alot of fun though hope to see u guys come out too, i wana see some skylines wax on and wax off
