Yay for broken clutches!
So I bought a broken Nismo clutch off Chris yesterday or the day before...
There's a place in Indiana (South Bend Clutch Inc.) that I called that rebuilds clutches, strengthens pressure plates etc, and the guy quoted me a really good price: $500 ish for a twin plate!
In other news, my car was delivered yesterday after a bit of trouble from you know where...
Soooo... now my own investigation begins!
Time to start ordering parts I guess!shhhhhhhhhhhh it's a secret!

Thoughts anyone?
OK guys,
Cody, I already know your answer, but I've been reading up on the 2.8L stroker kits and now I'm not sure if that's the best solution for me...
Reading up on things other people have been saying about the Tomei or HKS 2.8L stroker kits has me a bit worried that I'm going to weaken my block to the point that it could crack.
It was pointed out that a lot of the high power Skyline's run the original 2.6L but with way stronger internals and higher boost; keeping the block strong enough to handle the pressures and heat. According to them, boring out the cylinders (although giving you more lower end torque) reduces the RPM limit, and further reduced high RPM performance because of this.
With all the bad luck I've had with this car, it seems right up my alley that I'll get it bored out to 87.5mm and then be driving at 50km/h at 11psi boost and CRACK! My block is done.
Grrrrr... Research kills dreams IMO.
I don't know guys.. I :bow down: to your infinite wisdom.shhhhhhhhhhhh it's a secret!
