Yes Saturday is the main meet/event.


I am going to PM everyone attending, When I spoke with the Golden ears Park three days ago,

We will probably need to move the Meet on the 27th to 9am not 11am.

The park staff are not allowed to reserve spots for group parking, and they said most spots should be full by Noon. I offered to prepay, and block off 35 spots but they wouldnt allow it. All they suggested was Come early. First come first serve. Being a Weekend, in the summer. we should arrive by 10-1015am for a solid spot at a large chunk of parking.

Im gunna be out the night before for my birthday, so getting up at 7 or 8 to leave for A&W wont be the best option. I live just up from Golden Ears though, so where will we be parking? I'll just meet everyone there at 10 ish. The first lot or the second?
