Andrew is blaming that on the "power to my scrony ass" ratio. But I only got good lap times from watching the those other guys.

By the end I literally was able to keep my speed up thru that first U turn so well that I almost missed the next corner. I would of been a good lap but slid out trying to make that next corner which is were I lost my speed.

Why does a 600CC bike run an 11 second quarter mile while a 2 litre turbo civic runs a 13 second quarter mile....

50 pounds makes a difference when you're getting 1CC of displacement per 4 pounds of weight!

I weight like 90 more than you and my time was .250 slower!

Oh well, Ryan did a really good run thats' all that counts.

But the wing night was fun! We should do that next week. The scenery was decent there 2! lol

How can you compare a turbo civic to a 600cc bike? Civic are slow as F*ck, not even worthy of have a turbo anywhere near it.

GTR are too powerful to handling sharp corners.

Sprinters Truneo GT-Apex's are way better at cornering ONLY because they are a LITTLE lighter and RWD helps a little too.

I'm getting that helmet and going back next week when ever I can get in some rounds.

I'll probably just drop $90 bucks. But the only issue is the other f*ckers that get in my way.

After I got hit and spun (curtiosy of Jakub) my lap time was 40.331, my next lap was back down to 32.350 and I went down to 31.937. I'm so consistent it's not even funny. And I was kinda angry too cause I was just about to pass him, and my rib cage was hurting a lot too from the hit. Anger = SLIDE

dont be so small minded. i know many civics that would completly destroy what you have. give me a civic type R and ill have fun toying with u in the hills! my old 1984 civic in near stock form gave many newer cars including skylines a great run for their money.

Well I'd just ram you into the nearest ditch at that point. By the way, you probably know how to drive the car. Lots of people have fast cars but don't have a clue as to how to use them.

What was the quickest time of the night?

Best time was done by the guy with the tape on his helmet. Judging by the readout his lap times went from 32 then 1:02 (he came into the pits to re-adjust his taped hand) and then went into the 29's.

His fastest lap was (three laps after pitting) 29.636

I managed to set the 5th best time of the day. I thought that was a pretty big accomplishment for my first time at the track and the first time in a go kart with a brake pedal and gas pedal.

I really want to rent the track out for a hour or so and perfect my line thru the course. I know how to take most of the corners, only issue is I could get one to two maybe three corners perfect but then slide out on another corner and lose lap time. If I didn't have to deal with traffic then I'm pretty sure I could of made it to the 30. second club. Or better.

Mine handles like a go-kart. No neck-breaking power/torque, but boy she handles good with the "Super-Strut Suspension" and all that jazz which makes the GT-Apex that special.
