      Just take a look at night... you can usually see sparks. Not a bad idea to tape them up. That will tell you as well. Did you put the multimeter on them??

        i just bought on similar for 180 bucks..if it has all wires it is worth that..therent need to be shipping if i drop it off when i pick up my skirts n stuff from shady

                    I never hooked it up. I got one that hooks into my boost controller instead. Where is the pic of yours? I want to see if its the same now...

                            They are easy to hook up. Probably power when lights are on, ground, and vacuum hose...
