Anyone have any good powdercoating recommendations in the Vancouver area? And by recommendations, I mean cheap.

Yup, I know of Rainbow... but I've heard from Zulu who had a bunch of stuff done there that he takes a really long time to get stuff done? I only need a few brakets, my alternator, turbo compressor housing and waterpump housing powdercoated so they're not big items. I'll give him a call I guess...

as with most powdercoating shops, the time it takes for items to be completed depends on:
-how much you pay
-how much stuff they have due for others
-season/time/days
Dan probably had a "bad" experience because the shop was swamped with a bunch of orders who are higher priority than low volume/profit parts. My buddies have had good timing with the shop and had 2-day turn-around. Including stripping/recoating.

I use cheap as a relative term... Like not $100/item cheap. I know it's going to cost some money to do right. They are a bunch of small items and I don't feel like paying much more than $200 for it all or I'll just paint it instead.
And i'm the last person you need to tell the "pick two" thing to... can't say much for a lot of other people on this forum.
SS what?
