Yea you really should be staying overnite, you wont regret it, its a beautiful campground if we stay at Scotch Creek. With any luck it will be nice and warm (global warming seems to be everywhere else but here) and no forrest fires.

edit: I just noticed that the Google map has you going WAY past Scotch Creek, you can knock about 45 min. off the estimated time.

Scotch creek is the best place on the lake without a house boat. Definitly looking forward to this but I will roll in my S13

scotch creek is the best. most amenities. i will be organzing a crusie for us local boys to go check out all the sites out there real soon. the place has a nice beach, showers etc. store is close by. we cannot book a date until april 1st. late june early july would work best.. less chance of fire bans.

last year we had skymeet west in vancouver. 1 alberta guy showed. year before it was in alberta, few bc guys showed. this year is closer to the middle. a good cruise with your local people out to the lake, and a fun meet from there.

We have plenty of your oil. Its even refined into gas already for us. And there is not much aircare to worry about unless you live in vancouver, i don't know anyone in the interior that runs anything aircare friendly haha. Plus they can't bust you if your not a resident haha
