I had to go to Seattle today, so on the way there and back I took Chuckanut (sp?)... ******* got a ticket on the way back. 48mph in a 40mph zone. Cop was a ****. I was cruising slow the whole way taking in the awesome view on a nice day and he just so happened to be there while I was going down a hill a bit over.

so my $400 exhaust became $554. they don't give you ANY leniency down there. up here cops don't bat an eye at 10 over. down there... watch yourself.

I know... but you don't think that when you're driving. And my MPH speedo numbers are very small so half the time I had no idea how fast I was going. For instance on the freeway I couldn't see the MPH so I just kept it at 110kph which is 72mph.

what I'm getting to... is 48MPH is still really slow for the section of road I was on. Even though it's not the legal speed. Oh well... so much for going a year without a ticket. Good thing it doesn't go on my license.
