"good from far, far from good" haha i lol'd

spotted this on a flatbed once a while back. it actually looked really good but i only glaced at it. i wonder how it will look like right next to an r34 when legit r34s start filling the streets in 2013. anyone have any side by side shots of a r324 vs r34??

how can you laugh and insult josh about his opinion when you havnt even seen the car?? keh??
i love r34s dont get me wrong but its not a r34. good attempt but the gaps and finish job makes it look half assed.

Well I have done the same thing pretty much and its not for everyone. Listen I haven't seen it in person but let's just put it this way.... He was the first one to do it and it was unique. I personally didn't do my conversion for anyone but myself. I don't give a shiit what the next guy thinks about my car, I do it for personal enjoyment. Anyways flame the guy all you want but in the long run I would give the guy nothing but a high five and be glad that someone out there is willing to be unique. Now what's the difference between doing this and say maybe a 2jz swap or a sr in a skyline. Same thing. And mine wasn't the nicest when it first came out. It's always a work in progress. Everyones entitled to their own opinion but there's what I think

im not saying all r32-34 conversions are dumb or look bad, his just isnt done well. martin threw money at a random body shop and left it at that. just look at the skirts, the rear is molded into the fender and the front isnt... its just poor workmanship.

what's with the hate? He put lots of work and research in to it and you can't rag on that.

I've seen it in person up close and what are these "gaps" you speak of? The sideskirt molding isn't my piece of pie but I can't do better with a 324 conversion.

I agree, I don't know whats up with all the hate.

It is very unique, most people just slap a bee r front end and call it a day. He went all out with OEM stuff front and rear.

There is another way of doing it. I have taken the rear part of the car and just did all the metal work and welding between me and one of the guys at the shop. You don't have to buy all oem for it to work. Also to go to that length and then mold everything, that's losing points in my book. As for everything else though I think he did a good job

The car was in Abby today. I only saw it from about 30ft away. Looked and sounded pretty good. Roofline will give it away to the trained eye.

This thing was sitting outside OZ a month or so ago with a broken ass window, smashed a-pillar and a ton of cracks everywhere. Looks like **** now. Seems like it had a meeting with a baseball bat or something.

                            So much hate.

And Steve, the car was parked at Ed's (JZGarage's House) when it was vandalized; large rock thrown over the fence and landed on it. He's owes more people money than Martin. Rumor has it someone who's posted in this thread did it (yes I went there).

Martin was out last Thursday along with a few others. There was another Bee-R kit out that night too, by far anything but a "clean" job. But he wanted something unique, and something that ran 10's. He's running mid-11's with traction problems and last I checked he doesn't really give two shits about what anyone else thinks.

Well that really depends on the true identity of R33-GTSlove now doesn't it? Last I checked the suspected fellow was permanently banned from GTRC.

There is lots of speculation on who did it. All I know is it's fixed and looking sharp.
