Don't need to have the cars out to have meets There's been meets where only one or two skylines show up, everyone else arives in whatever.

Skyline meet should have Skylines at it.. so we can talk about each-others car. etc..

Back in my day we had 20+ skylines show up at Ikea underground..

now cars are half the price, and only one or 2 can even make it out..

Exactly, Last meet of Summer above, and they are all based out of GTRC. PPL move on from car models, car scene, it's LIFE.
It's the people not the cars, let's not kid ourselves here...

Exactly what M13 said. I made more friends from GTRC than any other car club I was associated with. It's nice to see a variety after all, we all have the same interest in the end.

Just kidding. I don't give a ****. Some of the best meets we've had were in DD's. Sometimes everyone missing their cars that much stimulates conversation that much more.

That last meet wasnt a Skyline meet it was a RHD meet..

If its a meet, then its a meet.. show up in whatever..

if its a RHD meet, show up in RHD..

if its a Skyline meet show up in a skyline..

If its a bike meet show up on a bike..

What kind of thinking is it that single car/type meets is a better idea than a bunch of different cars. Narrow minded. Gets boring talking about a single car. Hell I am bored of talking about all cars in general. Winter is too long.

I like cruising really. and cruising is fun with lots of the same cars.. like the Mid night cruise to Lytton/Merrit etc we used to do..

I dont want to just stand around talking about cars i want to have fun..
