Shop space to share?

So my buddy is going to be leaving and he has a large shop space that he has been renting..

Gated area,


Lots of room.


i been thinking about renting it but its a bit much for just me, wondering if anyone is interested in going in with me, would share tools help each other out, etc. Or we could just not talk to eachother.. whatever works..


anyways its in Langley BC, close to Highway 1
