Im looking at powdercoating the usual pieces and am wondering is it even humanly possible to get the rocker cover off without bending it to hell? If not where can I get a new one?

If your referring to the ornament plate on the coil pack cover i would just leave it on.
When i got mine powder coated they just left it on when they put it in the oven and it turned out just fine. I would talk to the person who's going to do it and ask their opinion. In my case i had no troubles leaving it on.
