while increasing power is great , try reducing weight... carbon fiber hoods, trunk, driveshafts, plexiglass windows (not sure how street legal that is) hicas removal, lightweight flywheel... be creative wiht it
I wouldn't waste too much money on the hood and trunk, etc.... The car already has an aluminum hood and trunk. Those things are the last things you mod on a GTR, IMO. Suspension and tires will make a car's handling change completely (for the better), you probably should check your subframe bushings and see if they are good or not. I would say Maintenance is the first thing to look at, then tires/rims (stock rims are good enough), then suspension, then breathing mods AKA intakes/exhaust/downpipe/decat, if you still have money go for a tune, if you have another 5000-6000 to spend then injectors/fuel pump/turbos/boost controller and a tune. Daryl I think is having a sale on coilovers, I've been in two cars with HKS suspension and I think those are the way to go (ohlins are the best but are really expensive). I personally have NPG Bridgestone coilovers but they're alittle stiff and aren't damper adjustable. You can probably find alot of stuff used, if your ever Montreal theres alot of 'sketchy' shops with loads of suspension parts and even rims for cheap. If you need info send me a PM.
The acrylic windows that are used are called Lexan windows. Tomei sells acyrlic windows and mentions the weight difference vs stock glass windows in this link -
