passenger door not locking

Anyone ever had that problem? my passenger door just never lock,i removed the panel,checked the rods and the plastic mecanism inside,everthing seem to be fine. the locking button inside the car is OK but even when the button is on lock position,i can open the door from the outside. At first i thought it could be electronic,to test that i tried removing some fuse from the fuse box to see which one control the doors,i didnt find it. When i turn the key ,the rods move just fine,the lock button inside works too,the electronic lock from the driver seat works too. The Hook on the side of the door (the one that maintain the door closed when you close it) doesnt seem to be broken or anything. Whatever i do,the door unlock itself when i pull the outside knob . Im cluseless as to what is wrong with that door.Any idea?

Mine does that too... It locks when I lock it from the drivers door though. Who needs to lock the car from the passenger door?

mine just dont lock at all,even from the driver door.

Check the amplifier inside the drivers door with out voltage will not jump to lock other door

Mine does that too, but mine is because the mechanism needs to be fixed on the passengers side. I just grease it up and it works for a few weeks and starts again. I've been meaning to fix it just the grease seems to work.

found the problem last month,an intern plastic mecanism was broke,it was fairly easy to find a replacement on the net,thanks you guys anyway
