i have no power to the wheels when i put the car into gear i pretty much crawl away and i have to put it in fifth gear to 50km down the road. and when its in gear i if i hit the gas it revs and then comes down and slowly takes off i was wondering if anyone know's what's going on and why i am thinking clutch but i hoping not i check all the easy **** like fluid levels and stuff and everything is good im hopping its not clutch cuz i dont wanna have to pay the bill if you can think of anything it could be that i haven't done let me know thanks for the help.

call ryan at vex he will set you up, i just changed mine got a spec stage 3 its rated at like 5 or 600 hp and its rly nice to drive i dont mind it stop and go and i drive through down town boston daily haha, i think it cost me around 450$1989 Gts-T Sold

Spec clutches are cheap as dirt cause they can't hold torque as well as the other "same HP" rated $1500 and up clutchesOriginally posted by GTS-James View Post

just so u know its rated at like 450 to 500 foot pounds... and if you think ur gunna go over 500 foot pounds dont even think about going single plate.1989 Gts-T Sold

look up epic autosports in vancouver and give them a call. i got my clutch done there after having the same symptoms ur describing. went with a excedy oem replacement on my stock 92 and am very satisfied with it, am to understand it will hold 400 rwhp an if you aint gonna go pass that soon its a cheap "patch" till you wanna lay serious hp.Comment
