I think your talking about compound turbos. Its a lot of work making them fit. You need a custom manifold and a lot of other fabricated bits. The cost would be huge to setip
They look great on a dyno but response isn't great. All the extra complexity makes them less reliable and add tons of heat into your engine.
I've thought of going that route or using SP quick spool valve. I think cons outweigh the pros in both situations. Just gonna keep it simple and make it as reliable and tough as possible.
