Yeah, unfortunately a video of visuals doesnt do much for determining value. underbody, see if its had prior accidents (I'd suggest never buying a car that isnt 100% straight), compression numbers, KMs on parts (if motors been swapped, etc).
From that, we can give you a MUCH better idea.Victory is on the horizon..

the car has had no accidents. with 109000km. no rust underneath. just needs a new set of tires. recently replaced clutch. it seems to be in good shape and drives perfect according to owner. i know i can't believe everything i see on the internet, so it seems im going to have to make a trip up to whistler to take a look.

is a 92 worth this much with 110 000km? I figure with proper maintenance I could get another 80 000 km out of it, or am I wrong.

lol almost EVERY skyline you will see will have somewhere between 80-120k. but we will never know how legit these numbers are... the ones you see around 40k are rarley legit. with proper maintenance you should get another 80k out of it no problem with addressing minor problems along the way. keep in mind gtrs are not cheap to drive1991 Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R: 710whp 521 ft/lbs 27.5psi 11.8 @126mph low boost

It looks fairly stock which is good but until you drive it yourself I would take what he says with a grain of salt cause you don't know him. It seems a little high. The market isn't hot on these things right now. I got mine with 78 k on it for 10 even with a new clutch but I think I got a pretty good deal. And no it's not at the end of it's life, if taken care of it will go alot longer but don't expect not to replace anything it's still an old car. Get a history report. Run the vin. The best thing you can do is find a shop where the car is and get a good mechanic to look at it. I wouldn't buy it until that was done at the very least.

I dont think it is overpriced really, it seems really clean and well kept. Skylines that are clean, well kept, and fairly stock can be quite reliable cars that pull very hard and dont cost you a load in repairs.
Like people said take it for a test drive and see how it feels, it helps if you have driven one before for reference. Also you should take it to a reputable shop to look at it and have them perform a compression test (at your expense). If he doesnt want you to do that then there is something wrong with the car.
One other thing to ask is if he has done the timing belt service (due around 100K) if not then you need to take that into account when setting your budget (in addition to the tires).1994 R32 GT-R V-Spec II

Look for rust under the mirrors, ask him for all the paper work that he has with the car, ask him why he is selling it? are you going to be doing all the repairs on it? just things to think about. Call your insurance and see how much it's going to cost you.B.U.S (big undercover skyline)
