First off i am not sure if this belongs here or not, so i am sorry if its wrong. I was wondering about people tinting there tailights, anyone do it? How does it look? To me it may look out of place. Can somebody post up a picture or two? I can't seem to find any.

    Thanks

I think you are asking for trouble. Skyline tails are not that bright to begin with, make them even darker and you are bound to get ramrodded from behind by some jerkoff who's not paying enough attention.

Have a nice bright 3rd brakelight and you should be OK.

i dunno i think it looks really sick if its not to dark, led tail lights then tint the lights, and espically tint those ugly orange signal lights in the front

I like the orange signal lights. Clear and tinted signals look terrible imo.

on the same topic of tail lights, I notice on pretty much all other r32 gtrs, that there arent screws visible for the tail lights. just wondering why mine have three screws in each tail light clearly visible. Thanks peeps.

DOT compliance...If you take a close look of your tail lights there should be "DOT" letters molded on it (and SAE I think). These are actually trailer brake light replacement lens that are glued, or in your case, screwed onto the original lenses to make your tail lights "DOT" approved. I used to see these lens being sold at Canadian Tires years ago before all the Provinces started to get proper with JDM import inspections. Now I don't see them much anymore probably because shops are snatching them for compliance conversion.
