  • Greddy type R BOV installation question

I'm wondering if I need to block that hole as it is a mounting bracket hole for the screw but it depends on the way I choose to install it...

    The instructions are in japanese!
There's no parts left in the box that I could use to fill this hole.

Sure someone has this install on his car....!

no, sorry. But pretty straight forward. No welding needed with the kit I bought...

I might take pics in the next weeks as I will be taking the bumper off.

              no problem

guess ill just ask for a description if thats ok (a picture tells 1000 words and all that).

i wondered if the long side of the metal pipe in the kit fits to the oem hose, or the small end?

way i see it, the long end attaches to the oem hose, the bend points the dump valve upwards? so the trumpet on the dump valve points towards the front of the car?
i was hoping i could lay the dump valve on its side (so horizontal to the floor), and hook up its trumpet back into the recric system (via some custom hoses).

              possible?
just wernt sure on dimensions, hence the query for pictures :-)

Can't remember if its the long or short side of the pipe, but just look a lil ''closer'' and it will pop to your eyes... If I remember correctly, I had to cut one of the oem rubber joint like an inch or so, because the metal pipe (included in the kit) wasn't fitting close enough of the oem recirc pipe.

But like I said, it's a very easy install. I remember I've had the same interrogation about the right side to mount that metal pipe...

Good luck! Might take couple o pics later...

So you recirced it? Cool that's what I was looking to do as well.
Cheers for info and any pics if you have time.
