Guys please give me input about the build.
Car is currently putting down 500whp, im looking to make around 700whp
i already bought 1000cc injectors and greddy fuel rail.
what eles would i need to get this power that i need, also my builder told me that my motor is capable of 1500hp
do the mods that i have sound about right for that much power?
please guys need help with my build, my car is currently in the body shop getting a show prep paint job, ill update pictures soon.

I would say your gonna want to swap in a bigger fuel pump and maybe a swirl pot. Aside from that tho you may be able to make around 700hp with meth injection but your turbos will be pushing the higher limits of there range despite saying they are rated 400hp each. I have noticed though that builds pushing over the 600-650hp range tend to lose responsiveness and most owners first hand accounts have them say the cars were much more enjoyable at sub 700hp range, aside from track use.

As for the claim of 1500hp, I would say thats exaggerated.

Whst kind of fuel pump would i need, surge tank?
The build cost over 35k with parts and labor. Im sure motor is capable for 1000+ hp.
But as far as methyl inj, is that safe for the motor?
Also where is the best place to buy a good fuel setup for the power im aiming fot.

I'm running a 3L surge tank/swirl pot off my tank and an aeromotive a1000 pump with -6 feed and -8return. The only problem with a high output pump straight to the rail is on cornering/high loads you may see momentary fuel starvation, especially if your tracking it which I assume you will be.
I don't doubt your setup will handle 1000hp but achieving that may be harder said then done. I have a very similar set up and I expect to be around 650hp.
Meth injection is a great power adder but some people are weary of the fact that it can run out while driving. They have tons of systems that will alert and give early warning detection if the supply is low. I will be usin it but it's no for some people

I just bought a greddy fuel rail,.aeromotive a1000 pump and the fuel lines for it.
          What am i missing for a safe setup.of 700hp?
And where can i buy it from. Would i have any use for my nismo fuel pump?
          Thanks guys

Not to be rude but I can't believe you spent 35k on ur car and did little to no research which is evident by the questions your asking. I can help. Easiest fuel system if you have money is to contact rips. They will set you up with something that will get you to whatever power level you want and will bolt in. However keep in mind that will run you a few grand up to maybe 5k. Other than that you need bigger fuel lines since stock will Max out at ~600whp. So most peOple run -8 feed -6 return. You do not need an external set up tho. Throw a couple aero motive stealths in tank with bigger lines, fuel rail , and injectors and ur good to go. AlsO you won't hit 700 whp on pumP gas so you can either run meth which most peOple do which does have its limitations or you can simply have a secondary map for race gas after you max out pump gas

I didn't not do the build my self, bought it built from a well know builder who wanted out.
I have receipts of parts and labour for over 35k. And i don't know why you u think this motor is not capable of 1000hp. Its not hard to achieve this power with a good tune and a proper fuel setup.
I have found a great tuner in Ontario.
he will guide me from here on.
thanks for you help guys, ill post a dyno sheet once complete.

No one is doubting the motor is capable of a lot of power. I'm sure you will make it. I'm just surprised youve spent this much money on it and still know nothing about how to make the power. I gave you lots of suggestions

Anything that Jon has said is pretty much spot on. I agree with him.

Before you start ploughing more cash into the car - what do you intend to use it for ?

If it's just street use , why do you want more power ? 500 awhp is an aweful lot of power for the street in a car that size . Have you driven it at that power level yet ?

If you are racing it are you going to do a road course ? or are you drag racing it ?

If you are road racing it then spend the cash on a good instructor and track time to make use of the overabundance of power you already have . That will make you faster around a track than yet more HP that you might not effectively know how to make the best of

I agree with cortexx. 500 is crazy already for street use. Plenty enough. If your road racing you do not want a thousand horse unless your on massive tracks with huge straights. Response is key for smaller tracks and the more power you go for, the longer your going to be waiting for your turbos to spool.

Also if you shoot for a thousand horse you pretty well need to spend another 15-20 grand on your trans/clutch/and the rest of your driveline to handle the power reliably. If you don't mind doing that then absolutely go for it man, it will be a beast!!! But I would drive it for a year or two at 500 to get used to the car first. It will be a lot to handle already.

Your motor has a lot of good parts and should handle over a thousand as long as it was "screwed together" properly. Good luck with your build and let us know how it goes.

I second this. I thought dumping $50k into a 20 year old car would make it silly fast but it wasn't "screwed together" right and I'm now out enough money to need a new engine if I were to bother dumping more into it.
