I looked around the net, and I can't find a full polyurethane bushing kit? I wanted to upgrade all the bushings on my car because when I looked under, most of the bushings look badly aged. Does anyone know of a company that sells a full kit?

Energy suspension makes a "master kit" for the 300zx that has the sway bar bushes front and rear as well as the tension rods for the front. Unfortunately that's it for the suspension stuff, you do get though, the rear subframe bushes, the rear diff. bushes as well as the steering rack bushes. There are only 2 spots in the rear suspension that needs bushes but I don't think ES makes them for whatever reason. Whiteline should be able to set you up for those.
