Crankstart Issue

Dear Skyline Bros,

I always have to step on my gas while cranking to startup my car, but recently it seems to get worst with more cranking and giving it more gas before it finally fire up. Is this due to sparkplug and IAC problems?

Have any bros here encountered similar problems and able to advice me on how to rectify this issue? Thank u
