Parked my GTR last year, now no acc or other power.

Hello,

I parked my car about 12 months ago.

I have a fully charged battery, but when i turn the key i get absolutely nothing turning on other then the headlights.

no HVAC
no Dash
no Hicas pump
no apexi fc
no turn signals
no hazards
no radio

nothing

what controls all these, i assume its the ACC power feed. would a faulty ignition switch cause this?

when i test the fuses in the box they are all A-OK except the IGN does not have 12v to either blade.

also the starter spins but the solenoid does not push out to engage the flywheel.

What was done to it since it last ran (judging by the fact that it's been parked all winter and bringing it out in october)

IF your starter is indeed spinning, you have 12V to your ignition.
I'd give that starter a whack while turning the key (in case of faulty solenoid).
You could check fuses on the fly with a little fuse tester (takes like 1 min for all fuses)
You could check the voltage when your turn key (to see if the battery is pooched) Just cause a battery shows 12Vs doesn't mean it's good, could still have low capacity.

i would say battery is toast especially if u left it in the car during winter. get yo self another battery boi...

Nope its not the battery, its had nothing done to it since i last parked it. my guess is a dead relay under the dash. ill look into it later.

I had the battery on a tender and in my bike over the summer it handles load just fine.

i just really hope a mouse did not make a nest in my dash.

well the relays and fuses are all good. i am stumped. where is the main power fuse is their supposed to be a 75A somewhere? all i have is 30a and 15a under the hood.

If the 75amp was blown, you wouldn't hear the starter spinning (you said you did I think?).

When you open your doors, do you see any interior lights or the door lamp in your dash?

I figured it out, it was the 75A fusible link, the starter operated because its wired directly to the battery/kill switch.

i dont think i am that worried, a 25yo fuse, probably just wore out. nothing else is blown. ill just wire in a 75A breaker.

Ah tres cool, wonder why the starter is fused like that, mine was under the main fuse.
