Trying to decide on a shop for my RB26

I am purchasing a r33 RB and trying to decide which shop could put it in for me, going rate $1500 install

1. Eurocharge (good rep, i dont know them)
2. My budys shop (he does not know skylines)
3. Splitfire (bad rep, but i know Paul he alright, close to home, and he has a dyno)

Would love to see this project go with no extra charges, or missing parts...lol
