Help solving clutch issue

So I had my car out for the first time last week. Just went for a short drive to test things out after my turbo swap. The clutch was working as normal. Went to back it out of the garage today and the clutch engagement is at the floor, you barely lift your foot and it hooks up hard. The pedal goes in with no resistance until the last few inches. Does anyone have any idea what may have caused this sudden change?

Maybe clutch booster going bad,check the fluid level and see If there is leak somewhere.
