Divided Twin Turbo Pipe & Coil Pack Cover

Anyone know any shop or person doing the divided twin turbo pipe? Also does anyone know anyone with a cnc machine that has cut holes into the coil pack cover for venting cause ive seen some pretty nice coil pack covers online before and I'd like to put it back on... not sure if id like to tackle that by myself although i do have two to work with...
