Anyways, way to finally put a build thread up haha... glad to hear your trip to Vegas was fun... once I get my license back I'm going to really try my best to get me and my car over to Vancouver asafp so we can go cruising!

another small update, and probably as much as im willing to do in my carport/driveway lol... actually ive pretty much had the entire car apart and put it all back together in my cramped driveway... quite a feat looking back now really :|

      anyways.

-installed the Tein monoflex, ride height not set yet, its going lower...
-installed R34 pedals, and the aluminum dead pedal
-installed the C's driving position shift short shifter
-installed the cusco carbon fiber strut bar

      pics:

the new rims, Buddy Club P1 Racing QF Forged 18x10+12, i was deciding between these or TE37's, went with the QF's cuz theres hardly anyone around with them, and i think the lip looks cool

***note*** not to be confused the the crappy regular P1 racing cast rims..

these things are RIDICULOUSLY light, and im not exaggerating one bit, without tires they are only 16lbs

      sits pretty dang flush...

rears poke a little, but thats with like... 0-ish camber, should tuck in pretty nice after i set the ride height and get some camber dialed in

engine bay at the moment, still plenty of parts to go in that i havent done so yet... laziness kicking in haha

interior is mostly done, id say like 90% or so, im not one for flashy gauges or screens and crap everywhere, all thats left to do is get the centers for the seats redone in black so they match, and a bit of tint in the rear 3 windows.

if you look closely you will see a ring around the key cylinder... you'll see it clearly when i get around to doing night shots :P not very fun nor is it easy taking good pics in a cramped car port

oh and pics of the new C's shifter:

as you can see, LOTS of adjustment, theres another nut under the rubber boot that allows the shifter to be tilted left or right.

it actually looks so cool its kind of a shame to partially cover it up with the leather boot.. im thinking of fabbing up a cf/kevlar plate instead of using the leather boot

I was planning on a C's shifter hence why I didn't buy your Tomei. So I'm guessing C's makes more that one style shifter then?

LoL, derk doesn't drive his cars. He just makes them the cleanest, sexyist most properly built showroom condition cars around to put everyone to shame.

Ok, J/k about driving but seriously his cars are clean. I wish I had a picture of his old 180sx, it was so clean that he sold it in pieces for more than I paid for my skyline. Sure it had a bunch of work done to it but still the front end wasn't even paint matched to the rest of the car.

haha... its not that i dont like driving it, i just like wrenching as much as i like driving, so im always tinkering with it, i have a disorder where every little detail has to be just the way i like it or else i get annoyed haha, like the bolt on the mound for the blitz boost gauge.. the original one was huge and looked stupid and was silver, so i replaced it with an allen bolt.

and it just so happens that almost everytime before i want to drive it i swap out something that makes it undriveable and have to wait till the new part gets here

like now... im selling the top secret ecu that was in the car and now it wont run till i get the Tomei reytec tuned

but thanks guys for the kind words, glad you guys like it

there should be one or 2 more pretty big updates coming up, and then it should be done for awhile untill i have money to build a new forged motor for it!

                  stay tuned

i got it from work, i was digging around in the stock room looking for something and i came across it, it was hidden and forgotten under some boxes, as far as i know these have been discontinued for some time now

-Non hicas p/s pump from an A31 RB20 (hope it fits haha)
                              -Pitwork accessory belts

this is what i have left to do on the car still:

                              everything.

                                what year A31?

I may be looking to remove hicas when my car becomes full out track build. Not to mention I found out how heavy the A/C pump is, I'm assuming the stock hicas steering pump would be about the same weight.
